This EULA is between 10x Limited (“we” or “us”) and users (“you”) of our mobile app, Cleaner10x. By downloading and using our app, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with the terms of this EULA, do not use or access our app.

License #

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use our app on your Apple iPhone or iPad. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer the app.

Ownership #

We retain all right, title, and interest in the app and related content and materials. We reserve all rights not granted to you.

Updates #

We may update the app and change or remove features at any time. You consent to automatic updates.

Privacy #

We collect and use your data as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not share or sell your personal information except as disclosed. You consent to the collection, use, and sharing of your data as described.

Storage #

We do not guarantee unlimited storage or retention of your app data, account, settings, or content and may delete or disable the same at any time without notice for any reason or no reason. You are responsible for backing up any important information.

Restrictions #

You agree not to:

• Modify, copy, or create derivative works based on Cleaner10x
• Reverse engineer, disassemble, or decompile Cleaner10x or any part thereof
• Rent, lease, sublicense, sell, or transfer Cleaner10x to any third party
• Use Cleaner10x for any unlawful, harmful, or malicious activity

Intellectual Property #

All rights, title, and interest in and to Cleaner10x, including any copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, and other intellectual property rights, belong to 10x Limited and/or its licensors. This EULA does not grant you any rights to use 10x Limited’s trademarks, logos, or other distinctive brand features.

User Content #

You retain all rights to the photos, videos, and other content you upload, compress, or store using Cleaner10x. By using our app, you grant cleaner10x.com a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, transmit, and process your content for the purpose of providing our services.

Content Guidelines #

You are responsible for your own communications and content in the app. You must comply with our Content Guidelines. We are not responsible for any third-party content.

Termination #

We may terminate your access to and use of the app at any time without notice or liability. Upon termination, you must cease all use of Cleaner10x and delete all copies from your device.

Warranty and Liability #

We provide the app “as is” without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties and conditions. In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from or related to use of the app, even if 10x Limited has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability is limited to $50 or the amount you paid us in the past year, whichever is greater.

Governing Law #

These Terms of Use shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with U.S. Federal laws and the laws, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. For any claims not subject to mandatory arbitration pursuant to these Terms of Use (except for claims that may properly be brought in a small claims court of competent jurisdiction in the county or other jurisdiction where you reside), you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction or, if appropriate, the United States District Court for resolution of any dispute, action or proceeding arising in connection with these Terms of Use or your use of the Services, and you further irrevocably waive any right you may have to trial by jury in any such dispute, action or proceeding.

Entire Agreement #

This EULA constitutes the entire agreement between us regarding the app. If any provision is unlawful, void or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.

Changes to This EULA #

10x Limited may update this EULA from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes by posting the new EULA on this page and updating the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Your continued use of Cleaner10x after any changes to the EULA constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
